Outcomes
After completing the 504 Launch Pad program, you will walk away with:
- An Organized, Ready-to-Use Caseload System You will set up a digital tracking dashboard for your specific school. You won't just learn how to manage your roster—you will actually audit your students, map out your compliance timelines, and schedule your meeting calendar for the entire year during class time.
- Stronger, Legally Compliant 504 Plans You will learn exactly how to decide who qualifies for a 504 plan and how to write clear, realistic accommodations. You will leave with a system to sync daily classroom accommodations with state testing rules and a tool to make sure general education teachers are following them.
- Confidence with Tricky Legal Procedures You will gain step-by-step practice handling the toughest parts of the job. You will leave knowing exactly how to run a Manifestation Determination Review (MDR) if a student faces discipline, and how to cleanly transfer student files when they move to a new school building.
