Part 2: Are you ready to transform your school into a safer, more supportive environment for every student? This course empowers educators, administrators, and mental health professionals to confidently identify and address even the most subtle forms of bullying. You’ll learn how to break through barriers of bullying recognition, assess the severity of incidents using evidence-based tools, and implement a comprehensive, tiered response system. Join us to strengthen your skills, ensure compliance with Colorado standards, and become a leader in fostering a culture of safety, transparency, and collaboration in your school community.
This is Part 2 of a 2-course series and will take approximately 60 minutes to complete. Please complete Part 1 before completing Part 2.

1. Synthesize Recognition Strategies: Identify and mitigate the psychological and social barriers that prevent adults from recognizing bullying, specifically focusing on subtle relational tactics and digital-age cyberbullying.
2. Execute Evidence-Based Assessments: Utilize structured screening tools and severity frameworks – integrating frequency and intensity – to determine the appropriate level of school intervention.
3. Implement Tiered Response Protocols: Deploy a comprehensive response system ranging from educational individual conversations (Tier 1) to intensive safety planning and multi-disciplinary crisis management (Tier 3).
4. Lead Collaborative Prevention: Foster a school-wide culture of safety by establishing transparent reporting pathways, maintaining legally sound documentation, and partnering with families to monitor long term student outcomes.
