Course Description
- This introductory course provides essential strategies and techniques for effectively managing student behavior. Designed for classified and certified staff seeking to enhance their basic skills, the course covers foundational principles of behavior management, including setting clear expectations, establishing a positive classroom environment, and implementing proactive and reactive interventions. Participants will learn practical approaches for addressing common behavioral issues, fostering student engagement, and creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, educators will gain the confidence and tools needed to cultivate a productive learning environment and promote positive student behavior.
