How long does it take to build a new habit? When we think of a change we want to make our excitement and motivation can convince us to do too much, too soon, leading to disappointment. We will explore strategies to develop small habits that will lead to success and help us achieve our larger goals. This class is based on the book Atomic Habits by James Clear.
