Course Description
- How can we lead others toward growth if we are running on empty? This session dives into the subtle mechanics of burnout, from the invisible "stress ripple" to the vital importance of honoring our own rhythms. By becoming aware of and mapping our energy, we will learn to identify and sidestep the micro-stresses that lead to exhaustion, transforming your leadership or coaching practice from a struggle of endurance into an art of thriving.
