Course Description
- This comprehensive course equips educators and support staff with the foundational knowledge and practical tools to support whole-child development in the school environment. Participants will explore how core occupational therapy pillars—fine motor proficiency, gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination (Visual-Motor Integration), and sensory processing—directly impact a student's academic success, functional autonomy, and social confidence. By the end of this course, participants will be able to seamlessly integrate proactive physical and sensory strategies into their daily routines, creating an inclusive classroom where every student can successfully access the curriculum.
