Course Description
- This course is designed for current Emergenetics Associates that would like to continue to grow their skills, knowledge, and application of the Emergenetics tool. Much of this course will be experiential and will draw on the expertise in the room. We have many veteran Associates and quite a few new ones. This will be our first step in creating a community of learning and support, so that we can ensure we are providing consistent information to our participants and properly integrating the language and tool across the district.

Course Outcomes
Here are the outcomes for the course:
- Overview the various offerings available for Meeting of the Minds.
- Review attribute characteristics to check for pristine language.
- Discuss the nuances that may be at play when behavioral and thinking preferences overlap. (i.e. Conceptual preference combined with 1/3 flexibility or a Social preference with 1/3 expressiveness).
- Discuss biased language, how it shows up in conflict and disagreements, and how to help those around you reframe their thinking.
- Share facilitation tips and other experiential activities that can be used in follow-up trainings.
