Course Description

• Teachers will be provided with training to implement changes discussed during PLC and create the support systems needed for action. Our focus is on literacy alignment and SEL support systems throughout the school. Specific topics will be added to this plan throughout the year as we complete each PLC and decide on next steps needed for each team. We are starting the year with refining systems for common formative assessment and our process for gathering data for our first PLC.

Course Outcomes

• Clarity and feedback around the PLC process
• Completion of multiple PLC cycles with individual and team reflection
• Growth on team ratings on the Strategy Implementation Guide 
• Greater comfort with the "Share and Compare" process for using student data to increase outcomes for all
