Course Description
- Help your students make gains in academic and social-emotional learning when engaging tools like comics, games, and other popular culture are involved. In this interactive professional development session, learn from Pop Culture Classroom's Director of Education and former K-12 teacher, Matt Slayter, about ways to utilize these unconventional and powerful learning tools and free resources to help you do so. Teachers will leave with activities and lessons to engage their students in reading, writing, history, and more!
