This session is designed to support School Assessment Coordinators and testing teams in managing CMAS and alternate assessment responsibilities with confidence and accuracy. Participants will review essential tasks and timelines to ensure a smooth testing experience for students and staff.
Topics will include how to access and utilize the CMAS Help Line, frequently asked questions and important reminders, and step by step guidance for printing CMAS testing tickets. The course will also cover how to properly prepare, start, monitor, and unlock CMAS test sessions in Pearson.
In addition, we will review CMAS processing procedures, including post test tasks and documentation requirements. Time will be dedicated to KITE and DLM processes as well as CoAlt procedures to ensure accurate coding and completion. Information about stipends and available resources will also be provided so coordinators understand expectations and supports.
Participants will leave with practical tools, updated guidance, and a clear plan for successfully navigating the testing window.
