• This in-person module is the final session for the statutorily required evaluator training. Participants will further explore the ‘why’ behind educator evaluation, explore some promising practices, take some time to practice an observation cycle using the Observe, Align, Interpret model, consider challenging conversations, and explore the problem of time.
