Course Description
- This course is for all leaders supporting the creation of the IMTSS Framework in schools or any staff interested in learning more about IMTSS in DCSD
- This course is broken into the following Modules: Master Deck for All Modules HERE
- Module 1: Why an Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports is needed for today's learners and WHAT that framework is in DCSD.
- Module 2: The role of Professional Learning Teams in your building and defining the instruction in each tier.
- Module 3: The Response to Intervention Process and how to identify students needing more support.
- Module 4: The Role of the Problem-Solving Team and understanding when to provide tier 2 support.
- Module 5: Creating an intervention plan for a student
- Module 6: Implementing and monitoring the intervention plan.
- Module 7: Resources and next steps.
