Course Description

  • Physical activity is important for brain functioning, physical health and mental health. Research on the connection between movement and academic achievement is well known, such as increasing focus and memory. It also helps promote positive classroom relationships and connection. This quick course will provide a plethora of hands-on activities that can be used in all classrooms, both in-person and remotely. All participants will receive a Movement in the Classroom Supply Kit (while supplies last)
