Course Description

  • Attendance and participation are required for the Google Meet from 4:15-5:00pm on the following the dates:
    • Session 1: Tuesday, January 23
    • Session 2: Tuesday, January 30
    • Session 3: Tuesday, February 6
    • Session 4: Tuesday, February 13
    • Session 5: Tuesday, February 20
    • Participants will examine the WIDA Guiding Principles and how they frame ELD programming and approaches to teaching multilingual learners in DCSD. Participants will read the assigned book and engage in discussions about the reading as it relates to English learners.
