Course Description

  • This class is intended for anyone interested in gaining a better understanding on how to have an in depth conversation with a person that has thoughts of suicide. This two day class will provide an understanding of how to engage in this conversation, support the person in identification of reasons to live, and create a safety plan. This course will explore personal attitudes towards suicide and provide the opportunity to practice skills learned.
