Course Description

  • Join us for a one day interactional workshop focused on growth and recovery from the events of the past three years and the challenges of your day to day responsibilities in high pressure, high intensity roles serving those in need. This training is designed to be relevant for staff experiences of vicarious/secondary trauma, understanding signs and causes of burnout, and building radical resilience. It is based on evidence based research and evidence based learning.
