      Understanding what you can and cannot control is a vital part of avoiding burnout in the workplace. We'll discuss what happens 

      to our well-being when our resilience starts to fade, ways to bounce back, and explore strategies to establish a sense 

      of autonomy even when you have a checklist to follow.
