Course Description

• This course is designed for new bookkeepers and secretaries with budget responsibilities to learn how to amend budgets. This class will start with the fundamentals of editing a SBB (schools) or DBB (departments), building a budget amendment in both Workday and in Excel and wrap up with an overview of the Current Estimate Dashboard for monitoring non-discretionary spending. Participants will leave the course with practice using real world examples and the opportunity to ask one-on-one questions of their budget analyst.
