In a school district, the word "customer" can mean just about anyone in the community from our taxpayers, students, parents, family members, internal staff, and community members. No matter what role you have in DCSD, you work with our "customers".

Customer Focus is built around customers' needs. Coming with a customer focus mindset puts you in a better position to build relationships, achieve goals, and increase customer satisfaction.

This 1-hour virtual training will help develop a mindset dedicated to delivering outstanding service by exploring how to build a customer-focused culture.
