Prior to taking this course, all participants must have completed CO-TOP Behavior Management 1 either face-to-face or online (either in InspirEd or Canvas). Course Description

Participants will:

  • Identify the motivations behind behavior
  • Explore how to manage your own behavior
  • Explore how to establish positive and proactive behavior supports
  • Demonstrate how to use a variety of management techniques
  • Explore how and when to use reinforcement
  • Explore how and when to use natural and logical consequences
