Participants will:

• Identify the motivations behind behavior
• Explore how to manage your own behavior
• Explore how to establish positive and proactive behavior supports
• Demonstrate how to use a variety of management techniques
• Explore how and when to use reinforcement
• Explore how and when to use natural and logical consequences
