Full course description

Flow is the feeling of being fully immersed in an experience with energized focus and total involvement. In this course, we will clarify the characteristics of a flow state. You will explore how to get yourself into the flow state in all aspects of life including work. We will be connecting with our passions/purpose and creating more flow in our daily life.
