Front Office Staff: School Gatekeepers In-Person 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

This training is designed as an overview of front office staff responsibilities before, during, and after an incident takes place in your school.  We will explore: the screening of visitors to your school and access denial techniques, emergency actions that you may be required to perform, de-escalation and communication techniques and reporting and collection of incident reports.
