This training is designed as an overview of front office staff responsibilities before, during, and after an incident takes place in your school.  We will explore: the screening of visitors to your school and access denial techniques, emergency actions that you may be required to perform, de-escalation and communication techniques and reporting and collection of incident reports.  We will also participate in an informative gallery walk, wherein teams will develop quick plans for dealing with differing types of disruptive individuals.
