Management Seminar: Cultivate Connection (from Unconscious Bias) March 4, 2026

Course Description

Participants will learn strategies to increase empathy and curiosity in recognizing and addressing unconscious bias.  Using FranklinCovey's principles, this course explores how bias impacts relationships and provides tools to replace harmful patterns with empathy and care.
