Course Description

This course is designed for supervisors and managers, and will cover HR legal compliance issues to include preventing workplace harassment & discrimination. Content includes real world scenarios, workplace bullying,  retaliation, social media risk, the basic principles and process for the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Worker's Compensation.
