Management Seminar: Interviewing Skills for Managers 4/24/24

Course Description

• This module will provide participants with the tools and skills needed to screen, interview, and select qualified candidates.  Participants will be able to: 
  • Prescreen applicants to determine who should be interviewed
  • Conduct interviews in a way that identifies candidates who have the skills, experience, and aptitude to perform the job well, while adhering to legal constraints
  • Perform reference checks to help narrow the choice, resulting in solid hiring decisions
