• Arrowwood Elementary Certified Staff will learn strategies to create a trauma responsive classroom and build student resiliency. Staff will learn strategies to support students with trauma and grow resiliency of all students.

Course Outcomes

• Understand what trauma is and how it hinders the learning, motivation and success of all students in the classroom
• Learn strategies to help build strong relationships and create a safe space to enable students to learn at high levels
• Learn about the components of resiliency and how to integrate those components into a classroom environment
