• Bear Canyon Elementary educators will connect with one another and explore behavior preferences, considering how those affect our professional relationships, and analyze iReady data to make informed decisions about next steps with all levels of students.

Course Outcomes

• Through an Emergenetics lens, participants will consider how behavior preferences impact professional relationships
• Gain understanding of student needs related to Trusted Adults
• Create school-wide data wall, building a shared display to track student achievement, monitor student progress and identify areas of need
• Analyze iReady growth and achievement data, reflect on instructional practices implemented first semester, and make a plan for instructional shifts, as needed, for the second semester
