Course Description
- Teachers will be introduced to evidence based strategies to ensure an inclusive, supportive, trauma-informed classroom. They will then have supported time to practice implementing those strategies in their classes. Strategies will have 3 key focuses: using Sources of Strength in developing positive peer to peer relationships, fostering supportive discourse in the classroom using research based strategies, and fostering inclusive classrooms as guided by special education strategies and laws.
