MYP Unit Planner Course: DCHS & MMS Staff

Course Description

• This course will provide participants with an overview of the MYP Unit Planner. We will spend time on each section of the planner so that participants can complete a complete unit planner by the end of the course.
• Facilitators: Michelle Fleet and Theresa Hemming (DCHS)
• 10 hours of re-licensure credit

Target Audience

• MYP Teachers from DCHS and MMS

Timeline Overview

• Four face-to-face meetings (via Google Meet or in-person)
• Thursdays--January 28th, February 25th, March 25th, and April 22nd from 3:15-4:15 pm
• MYP Unit Plan due May 16th

Outcome

• Participants will demonstrate their understanding of MYP unit planners by creating at least one unit planner for a course that they currently teach.
