Course
ERE Long Range Team Planning September 20, 2024
Ended Oct 4, 2024
Full course description
Course Description
- ERE Certified Staff - Begin with the end in mind…where is your grade level team headed this year in all of your curricular areas? This time will be for grade level teams to collaborate and build a skeletal long range plan for the year. It will include the units being taught in all curricular areas. Teams will lay out approximate time frames for units and concepts/topics that will be taught, and note special team events that take place, etc. Teams should also think about Depth and Complexity implementation in units. This is an important opportunity that allows for all team members to be on the same curricular pathway, and possibly for new ideas to be shared. Specials, interventionists, GT, SPED, MLL, specialists, etc, not attending district level PM sessions should join grade level teams that they support to learn about the grade level curriculum paths for the year. Specialists should think about how they may be able to collaborate with and integrate their specialty and/or curriculum with grade level teams.
