Course Description

  • HE teachers will meet with our principal, school counselor and school psychologist one time per month to engage in collegial conversations and complete professional development modules that focus on the chapter’s content and implementation of support in the classroom. We will discuss how these strategies are impacting student success, lowering anxiety as well as discuss quality implementation strategies to support families and students day to day.

  • Help teachers understand the impact of social media and the correlation to anxiety in youth today
  • Process and discuss the support structures schools and teachers can provide to identify and address student anxiety
