22-23 HRHS PLC Course

Course Overview 

PLC (Professional Learning Community) is a critical component to a highly effective school.  In his book, Leading a High Reliability School, Marzano states "When properly implemented they support teacher professional growth and student achievement."  This course will provide participants with a strong background on the "WHAT" of a PLC and provide a structure to help educators leverage Canvas to support the growth and development of the PLC.  

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Leads will be submitting the collaborative work
• All participants will need to participate in discussion 1, participate in PLT meetings, and take the final survey in order to receive credit

PLC Dates: 8/16, 9/20, 11/8, 1/17, 2/7, 2/21, 3/7, 4/25
