• Reset- Set clear team (PLC) expectations
• Refresh- Come to a common understanding of what the rigor of the standards are at each grade level and implement consistent, solid Tier 1 instruction 
• Renew-  Return to the passion of teaching and purpose of learning so that teachers and students are excited about learning

Outcomes

• Create and sustain effective PLCs to ensure high quality Tier 1 instruction
• Collaborate to implement an RtI process to ensure that all students’ needs are met
