Course Description

• Reset- Set clear team (PLC) expectations Teams that successfully work together support each other emotionally, grow each other professionally, and improve student learning.
• Refresh- Come to a common understanding of what the rigor of the standards are at each grade level and implement consistent, solid Tier 1 instruction So that we are not teaching what has already been taught at previous grade levels So that we are not living in low-level Blooms, supports deep learning Strong intentional Tier 1 instruction leads to less need for intervention.
• Renew- Return to the passion of teaching and purpose of learning so that teachers and students are excited about learning. Students see the connections between what they learn in the classroom and the outside world, which leads to transfer learning This learning is culturally responsive and leads to more equity
