Course Description

  • Sedalia Elementary certified staff members at Sedalia will be reading Unlocking English Learners’ Potential Strategies for Making Content Accessible by Diane Staehr Fenner and Sydney Snyder. We will complete two chapters every two weeks and will use our Thursday meeting times to view the WIDA Guiding Principles video, discuss what resonates with us related to the Guiding Principles, discuss the chapters, and how the book connects to each principle by making connections and sharing celebrations.
