Full course description
Teachers will engage in the PLC process using the Maria Nielsen “15-day Challenge” method for planning instruction with deliberate standards alignment using CAS evidence outcomes, daily learning targets, and common formative assessments. Staff will have an opportunity to learn new pedagogical evidence-based practices and strategies under the umbrella of research based lesson segments and strategies within their own department/content area for further professional learning. Teachers can self-select to engage in learning walks to gain additional knowledge and insight of teacher practices.
