Course Outcomes

Here are the outcomes for the course:

• Build professional relationships and collective efficacy within staff - each staff member (new and veteran to SHE) will identify strengths and hopes for growth
• Know common expectations and calendar of the school year as developed by the Building Leadership Team with staff involvement. This includes the MTSS and PLC processes and year long calendars.
• Understand the processes for the MTSS process and know the staff members who will support the process and staff
• Engage with data to understand each learner’s entry points for the beginning of the year
• Experience and engage with the math curriculum specifically within student engagement with learning
