Course Description

  • This is our annual training for prospective principals who are hoping to make the jump into a building level leader role in the next one to two years. The goal of the training is to explore the administrator's leadership journey, discuss hiring practices, hear from recent principal hires, and learn how to gain a distinctive advantage in the hiring process. Prospective attendees are those currently in administrative roles either in building or at district office who aspire to gain a principal position.
